i wanna go to UK for mine further studies
i done my becholers in 2004
and after a5 years gape i want to continue my studies
help me abt that wats the terms and contidition abt my prb

You can't specifically study in the UK on the HSMP visa (which is now revised under the Tier 1- PBS scheme anyway).

You need to apply for a student visa (or it's equivalent under the PBS Scheme).

If you want to study you should research student visas.

HSMP is now Tier 1 and that is for work, although I cannot see anything that would stop you studying part time as well as working.

What happened to the planned marriage that you were asking about?
