Dependent visa

I am applying for the HSMP Tier1 visa.

When can i file the dependent visa for my spouse.
As soon Ii get the visa , then can I apply for dependent visa?
How much processing time is required for depenedent visa?

If you have been maintaining the required maintenance funds for the your dependants as well then you can apply together.

If you have been maintaining funds only for yourself then get your visa stamped first and move to the UK, settle down and then apply for your dependants visa.
