SKilled Worker Immigration - Issues

Hi

Im working in IT in Canada on temporary worker visa since one year.

Im eligible to apply for Skilled Worker Immigration for Canada. So im planning to apply for it.

But my current employer is not supporting me to apply for Canada Immigration under skilled worker. I mean , my current employer srtict told that he wont give any employer letter or if the immigration officier called then he wont give the information .

So will the Immigration Officer contact to my current employer in Canada.Because im on temporary work visa for tht employer.

Otherwise what can i do in order to apply for immigration .
