help,applying for student visa under new rules

hi all,i was wondering if someone has a simular situation and could give me an advise.i inrolled to ethanmes graduate school to study 1 year international business and hospitality topup degree course.i have only 3 months visa left so i will have to go back to my home country to apply 4 astudent visa,as at the moment im dependent on my husband's student visa and cananot switch to another category withing uk.im going to apply under new rules in april.my questions are:
1.do i need a sponsor or can I be a sponsor ofmyself,as I inherited some money and have had them in my savings account all this time?
2.im not going to aply for a dependant visa becouse my husband still have a valid visa,can my husband apply for it later without living UK when I get my visa?
3.how muh money i must have in my account if i apply 4 his dependant visa withing UK?
I would appriciate r advise.
