NEW STUDENT RULE PALAVER

Post by lokoeasy » Wed Feb 04, 2009 9:23 pm

hello All,
I have just gone through the new student rules that would start at the end of march 2009, and there is a part that says one cannot spend more that three years on courses below degree level. My concern or question is that what would happen to students that have already spents more than three years on such courses when they want to extend their study permit and moreso,i would want to know if the three years starts counting from the day the rule comes into effect. Thanks
