can anyone plz guide me what should i do? its exactally six months and i havnt heard anything from HO yet! I applied for the EEA2 Application. plz help!

Start COMPLAINING!.... NWCSU@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk, SOLVIT, local MP, etc...

thank u so much bro, r u in the same situation? somebody told me that if u put pressure on HO they can turn against u. i mean I could have answer in NO!!! plz give me some extra detail. im not very sharp :( i dont know these tectics... Im lost :cry:

hi there, my husband and I are in the same situation as my husband has now also been waiting for 6 monthes and 1 week for his residence card to come thr, we are trying to contact solvit but am not having any luck at the moment, not sure if it is my computer on what, we will also be going to our local MP on friday and see if he can rush thigs along any or even enquire about my husbands application, if you have any new news let us know and vice versa, good luck hope it comes thru for you soon

hi
i made my application as a married eu partener on the end of june 2008
7 weeks later attend an interview with ho
recieved coa after interview (1week)
they asked for more documents november
i called them they said " your application has been processed"
but december recieved another letter asking for more documents
sent them i called them a few days ago they said "it still ongoing the caseworker still didn't check my last decomunts"
it's not fair to wait all this time.isn't it :?: :?

yeah you are left to wait and not really much you can do about it, we have been trying to contact the home office, but always left with automated message, we married in 2005, applied for eea2 end july 2008 as that is when we returned to the uk, and now am only waitng, we have received coa but there was no interview.

How did your interview go?
I have also been called for an interview, what questions did they ask you.

Seems like not everyone gets interview!

Me EU citizen, my wife is Iraqi citizen, applied in Sep 2008 and nothing untill now.

Even after complaining to local MP, sent 4 signed letters ot Liverpool and nothing untill now!
