Just to let you guys know about the timelines and result of one PSW application I am aware of.. I have personally seen the visa.

College: LCMIT
Applied: 23 Nov 2008
Visa received: Last week

LCMIT was one of the colleges which were raided by HO,its difficult to trust your claim.
