You can not do in one day any more it has been changed, you have to send in post ....

There are such things as "Same Day" applications but even these take anywhere between 1-2 weeks. Sorry

Thats interesting cos a friend of a friend is doing the one day service sometime this week for the psw. He is been told that the result will come on the same day.

If you are succesful, you get your visa the same day. If there are any further enquiries to be made, then a decision will be made later on and you would have to wait for their repsonse.

Lawyers are currently charging £350-£600 for their same day service fee on top of the £600 government fee. Does anyone know a lawyer who will cjarge less than £350???
