russian nationality, belgian resident-temp work permit?

Hi guys!

I am a belgian resident with russian nationality. I was wondering whether there is a possibility of obtaining a temporary uk work permit?

Holding Belgian residency does not generally help/improve your chances of obtaining a UK work permit.
