Technically (and in fact) your ILR is no longer valid, since a British citizen (which you now are) cannot have "leave" to remain in the UK, indefinite or otherwise.
In practice, however, it is very unlikely that you will have any problem re-entering the UK on your South African passport, since (apart from anything else) recently naturalised citizens are not high on the list of people that the immigration authorities will be looking out for!
You could take your naturalisation certificate with you, but I wouldn't volunteer it unless there is a problem. I'd just pass through the non-EU gate in the usual way. However, the certificate is a obviously valuable document, so do look after it if you take it with you.
In either case, I think you need a visa to visit Egypt, whether you travel there on your British or your South African passport: have you already got a visa in your South African passport?
And have you taken the necessary measures to retain your South African citizenship?
When is your trip booked for?
