Would anyone help - legacy

I was on legacy and now was granted 5 years refugee status.but since i will be here 10 years under asylum in 3 years time,can i apply for ILR before my 5 years is up?

also is it easy to get ILR after 5 years? im zimbabwean with one child ,have also gained a qualified degree.

My friend, as the home office has been recognised you as the refugee and grant you the refugees status, you will have to wait until the expire date. You are more likely to be granted ILR after that time.
