Guys

i have applied for Tier 1 on 11/2/09 from Bangalore VFS.

I had applied for student visa to USA in 2002 and it was rejected. I have mentioned about it. with the reasons for rejection. But, I did not have the reference number. So, will that be a problem??

I also have a B1 visa to USA now. But, there is no option to enter that.

Can any one of you guys share your experience on this.

It should not be an issue. I have B1 and Rejected F1 from 2002 but i am in UK for since 2003. I would say just diclose the fact on the form and it should be fine.. thats what i did during my Visa interview and form at BHC Delhi in 2003.

Just mention that you dont have the reference number.. even i did not have at the time..
