IGS extension BIC

hi,
what are chances of IGS extension from Birmingham international college?

if some one already hold IGS from CCL can he apply for student visa and what arew chances?

I have not heard anything wrong about BIC. and latest update is, they got Tier 4 License.
Dnt know anything about CCL.

Birmingham International College received the license and Joined UKBA Sponsor's Register for TIER 4(Students) 13 Feb
Could not find on current sponsor register. But you can keep an eye on following links. As it's been issued just one week ago so UKBA will take time to update this register and again this will take time to appear online. But it should appear between two to four weeks time and definetly before tier 4 will launch(my own perception).

follow the above link and it says 'birmingham interanatational college' is registered as tier 4 -A-rated. cheers.
