Could not find on current sponsor register. But you can keep an eye on following links. As it's been issued just one week ago so UKBA will take time to update this register and again this will take time to appear online. But it should appear between two to four weeks time and definetly before tier 4 will launch(my own perception).Birmingham International College received the license and Joined UKBA Sponsor's Register for TIER 4(Students) 13 Feb
