hi there,do anyone know any good solicitor in manchester that specialises in european union law? I am an Eu citizen and just married husband who's a non EU citizen, we need advice in applying for my husband EEA stamp. Your advice and information would be very appreciated. thanks.

hi
i'm not from manchester but ask properly and try to find a solicitor who made eu applications before,in my case i lost one year because of a solicitors fult, she adviced me to wait until my wife works for one year then apply for eea2 but actualy i could apply for family resident stamp which i discoverd very late when i was reading some information on http://ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/eucitizens/

Is possible for my husband to apply for a resident stamp as a family of an Eu citizen even, when i am waiting for my workers registration certificate to arrive? I applied since november last year but still waiting for it. thanks

you can but you need to write a supporting letter with his/her application to explain the situation.
