885 visa refused

Hi there,

just got my visa refused because
"You submitted your application on 10 November 2008. On 12 February 2009 the Department received a Completion Letter stating that you completed an ...at ... University on 10 December 2008. As you had not completed your course at time of lodgement you do not meet the 2 year study requirement."

If I apply again, now that I finished my course, how are the chances? Will they come up with something else, or would that be the only reason for refusal?

Seek urgent professional advice on what options you may have concerning either appeal and/or reapplication. One option is George Lombard in Sydney, call him on 02 97990085.
