how can i apply with Urgent Treatment

Can I apply for HSMP with urgent treatment with job offer letter?
If yes how can I mention/manage this urgent treatment form with my HSMP application?

You can attach your urgent treatment form with your HSMP application, but it won't actually speed up your process. It will be better if you can send your urgent tretment after waiting for week to 10 days, once your credit card has been charged. Officialy you can send your urgent treatment after waiting for 4 weeks but if you have genuine case, home office may consider your request even if u send it after a week.
