I currently hold a Leave to Remain for 2 more years. Do I still need to fill out FLR(HSM) when applying? As far as I understand, FLR(HMS) gives me leave to remain for 1 year only.

If the answer is yes, then which documents should my wife, who is on the same leave to remain, submit?

It also matters what status you are currently in, besides the duration of authorized stay -- you may want to provide more details. ;)
