EEA2 WAITE

Hi There, I applied for EEA2 on 7th july got COA on 28 August. havent heard anything sice then. so I emailed them yesterday to the NWCSU@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk, they replied me today saying exactally the following;
Dear Mr,
Thank you for your email.
Your complaint has been passed to the relevant casework department for action. They will contact you directly.
