ILR PEO appoinment

Hi All,

I recently booked my appoinment for ILR (0) for me and my dependants. At the time of booking appoinment, my wife did not pass life in uk test but myself only passsed the life in the uk test and however, she has passed her life in the uk test after a week since i booked the appoinment.

My question is that i am going on march 23 for attending the ILR appoiment. So,i have one more month to go. Will my appoinment be valid as my wife did not clear the examination at the time of booking the ILR appoinment.Please note that she has cleared the test after a week since the booking.

Any body can help me on this?

It doesn't matter that your wife hadn't passed the test when you booked the appointment...she has now, so you can submit her pass certificate when you put your applications in together.
