HAS ANYONE GOT ANY PROBLEM WITH WILLIAMS COLLEGE????? :?:
You shouldn't have any thing to worry about if you genuinely studied for a qualification from williams college and they are on the listed bodies. If it's been over 6 weeks then you can call the HO to find out the progress on your case. The HO doesn't have a problem with colleges as long as they are genuinely offering courses for which students attend classes and write exams to obtain their qualifications, just a problem with some colleges that are operating as diploma mills.

U..knw...

I think they Dont want to Give Anyone Visa..so they are taking time, also we have finished our visa's so their is no way for appealing from here, and from 1st April they will not Accpet any PGDM application's, so i dont think we have anyoption then go back to our country...

tosachinpatel - Hi! Why would you need to re-apply from your own country just because your visa has expired? If your application for a new visa is already in the process of being considered, you are legally allowed to stay in the UK until a decision is reached by the HO.

Also, if the HO currently has your passport how could you leave the country anyway?

Good luck!

A.

Sorry, not re-apply, I mean appeal from your own country. If you did get refused, you would do your appeal here in the UK and not leave the UK otherwise the appeal would be withdrawn.

saba85 - yes, you are right. You can still appeal even if your visa has expired. I did it so there's the proof!!! :)
