I had applied for HSMP on 16 June,2008.
Then on 1st Oct, 2008 my case was rejected due to some resons.
Then i applied for a review on 25 Oct, 2008 which was successfull.

Now my question is that,
Either, i will apply for VISA ( Entry Clearance ) according to old HSMP rules which were before 30 june, 2008? (as at that time new rules were not implemented in Pakistan) ?
or
i will apply according to the new rules (Tier 1 General)?

i am confused due to my review application. My first application was submitted during old HSMP rule (on 30th june, 2008)
but my Review aplication was submitted after the rules were changed ( on 25 Oct, 2008 )
