All bank statements are original, no internet printouts.tapindersingh wrote:Are all the bank statements original or internet printouts?
Those are again bank statements for 3 month period for E-savings account showing the transactions. I checked with bank, and they said they will not issue any other letter since the statements show the amount and transactions.tapindersingh wrote:Did you get a letter from the bank saying that the maintenance funds have been in the account for the period mentioned?
I will submit payslips for 12 consecutive months. However, I want to claim points for 11 months. Will that be a problem?tapindersingh wrote:Are you sure that you can miss July 2008, as per my understanding you have to show payslips for 12 consecutive months in the last 15 months?
Yes, payslips. I will mention it in cover letter.tapindersingh wrote:For your UK experience, what evidence are you showing (I guess payslips, if yes will you mention it in your cover letter)
Is this required, since I am providing payslips and bank statements of 12 consecutive months and the net salary matches with the bank statements. The guidance mention two proofs from seperate sources.tapindersingh wrote:Have you got a letter from the employer, stating your net and gross salaries?
The letter from the Bank must say that the statements are authentic does it need to also mention that the maintenance funds are maintained as well. (In my case they are not for a particular account for all the period)tapindersingh wrote:Bank statements are fine. You do not need a letter if the statements are original (earlier I thought you have internet printouts for your e-savings account)
UK experience will be shown from payslips
Letter from employer is not required, your payslips and bank statements is enough. Make sure the payslip's net pay and the transfer to bank account is exactly same, if not, a letter from employer will make your application strong.
Only concern I have is in regards to the july payslip, you are not claiming points for this month. The guidance for tier 1 says that salary points should be based on 12 consecutive months. Please get more opinions on this aspect.
Everything seems fine, however, I will ask few others to agree with me.
You do not need a letter from Bank stating the statements are authentic unless you submit internet printouts. The same stands for maintenance funds as well.aaammmiii wrote: The letter from the Bank must say that the statements are authentic does it need to also mention that the maintenance funds are maintained as well.
