FLR - query about documents

Folks,

Just a quick query - for FLR, do you need to submit originals for the documents like payslips, bank statements, marriage certificate?

Also did most of you , who have had your FLRs approved, use the Special Delivery service of Royal Mail or are you going for private couriers?
