Do two salaries create a problem for applying dep'nt visa?

Post by lata » Sun Mar 01, 2009 1:26 pm

Hi ,
I am planning to apply for my spouse visa.
I got tier 1 visa. joined in UK company... but still my Indian company is paying salary as I have many leaves and I didnt get release from Indian company yet. Salary credit in my both bank statements(India and UK) will create problem? will they raise query why I am getting paid from two companys? They may know this as I will need to submit my Indian company statement for maintaince proof.

Could anyone clarify me on this please?

Thanks,
Lata.

I am not too sure if the caseworker will bother about two salaries. I think that should not be a problem. Just dont write anything about indian salary in your cover letter or application during the overlapping period.

Hi Gita,
Thanks for your quick response.

I dont show anything about my Indian salary in covering letter. But Case worker may see in my bank statement? If get a letter from bank which shows that I maintained min of funds for 3 months and submit, will that be not suffiecient? in this case , transactions will not be shown to case worker. he can see only the how much min funds maintained for which period. Am I correct?

And Do I need to submit my indain company payslips? Are my UK company payslips (3) not sufficient?

Please advice me.

Thanks,
Lata.

You will not have any problem. All they need to see is a direct answer.

Are the required funds mintained in your account?

YES they are, so you need not worry.
