HSMP - Question on completing the application

I am having some confusion in completing a particular section of the HSMP application which I have pasted below:

10 Are you aware of any impediments to you taking work in your chosen field (such as debarment from required organisation)?

0 Yes - Please disclose full details of this and produce evidence of ability to have impediments overturned.

0 No

For your info, I am working as an accounts manager, holding indian masters degree in commerce and accountancy.

Moderators and members, please avise, what should I tick, either 'yes' or 'no'.
