Set up a company on a workpermit

Hi, I am currently on a work permit and was wondering if it was possible to set up my own company. Not being vat registered but only a small company where i can produce invoices etc...

Does this work??

You can not be self employed on WP. However husband or wife of a WP can be self employed.

Thanks for this quick reply. So if i understand properly : I, being on a work permit, can my wife(dependant) be self employed?? Can she freely set up a legitimate company?
Any sources, (internet link etc...) of how to do so? This would be of huge help.
