Okay, I understand that Canadian Citizenship since the 70s or 80s has been next to impossible to take away, unless the citizenship was gained by fraud.
Now, dont you have a requirement to tell the immigration officials about any medical conditions which might cause a burden on society?
Vince Li, a man who immigrated from China in 2000 and became a citizenship in 2005 murdered a man on a greyhound bus last year. Today he was found incapable of standing trial because his schizophrenia made him not criminally responsible.
Now, one would think he would have been required to acknowledge being a schizophrenic in his immigration, right?
Does anyone know what the law is on this or where i can find more information?
This is just bugging me.
