HSMP extension

I have a question about HSMP extension. Regarding HSMP extension after initial 10 months stay, the HSMP guidance notes that “if you are self-employed, a business plan and evidence that you have established a business bank account will suffice”. Does this mean that HSMP holders need to establish a business and a business account, and proper business plan when applying extension? However, it only mentions a business plan and account, are the evidences that we have set up and operated a business compulsory? It is not very clear in the HSMP guidance. Anyone got HSMP FLR under self-employment? please help.
