Permanent Residence for non eu spouse

Does anyone have any idea about how long it takes to a get a permanent residence card for the gnib after being resident in ireland as the spouse of an eu citizens for over 5 years ...thanks

A minimum of 8 years reckonable legal residency in the state. Better to apply for naturalisation

it takes 6 months and you can apply after 5 years married to eu spouse

Permenant residency is either by stamp 5 or 6. I believe EU Family members will fall under stamp 5 not 6. Only after naturalisation, they can get stamp 6 if they want (optional). Please correct me if I am wrong
