Issues in filling PBSAppendix1 form

Hi,

I am planning to fill the application forms using computer but i have few issues while filling the form.

1.4 Do you currently hold an approval letter under the Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMP)?

--- when i check for option "NO", it automatically checks the option "YES" for "2.1 Please place a cross (x) in a box to confirm whether you wish to claim points on the basis of your age", but actually I want to select "NO" for this.

6.5 You may claim 10 points for English language where:

--- when i fill the "Country of award", the same text appears in "Original test certificate. Go to question 6.7" (below 6.4).

How to solve these issues? Please response as i am planning to apply tomorrow.

this looks like to be the issue with the software you used to make the pdf editable.

please check if you have copied the fields from one place to other and the field name is probably the same, hence when you select one box it automatically select the other box.

use PDFill PDF editor very easy to use and cost is very cheap.
