Hi gpawank, we have nearly the same timelines! Yes, you have to wait for the implementation of the judgement. Judge gave HO 42 days to sort this all out, so let's wait until end of May.gpawank wrote:Could someone help me understand the status of HSMPians like me who.

What is the Present status?
Do I need to wait for the implemetation of judgement.
Am I eligible to apply for ILR now or
will I become eligible to apply for citizenship in November
