Hi everyone i have been here in UK for 5 months now on spouse visa i have heard that u can apply for UK passport after 3 years now is that true can anybody tell me ??

As the regulations stand at present, but new legislation making it's way through parliament, if passed, will extend this to 4 years, with conditions attached.
