Jamal,

If you apply for COA, it may take up to 6 weeks to arrive, however; there is never gurantee that you will be granted COA in your case.

If you wish to go through this route, then you MUST act fast before your visa expires.
Arrived UK in Dec 2000, Received ILR Oct 2008, Citizenship Approved March 2016.

Jamal,

You can apply for COA anytime and BIA has no right to refuse it as it has lost the case in house of lords last year.

However as you do not have a leave may be you might get the COA and not have a stay in which case you will have to go back to your home country and apply!... better go back home, get married and come back.

Jamal - I agree with the above advice. Either wait and sort your appeal out, or leave, get married and reapply to come here again.
