the problem is this guy is short of two months salary and I doubt you can earn two months salary in a part-time job in 1 month. There is nothing illegal in this, even if home office thinks this is intentional then they can't do anything if you have paid the NI and Tax of the claimed amount. But make sure you earnings can be co related within 2 different proofs.jimmymcad wrote:I think you can, show them as part-time
You cannot show two full-time payslips for same month. You have to show part-time payslips. Part time payslips can have the same amount as of full time e.g. if somebody is doing overtime etc. he can very well earn the amount. I don't think Home Office should have a problem with that as far as you have paid taxes on it. BUT, the salary should be earned in the relevant field of the individual.baz44 wrote:Important question.
can i have 2 payslips from 2 different companies in the same month (march)???
Hi ,baz44 wrote:Hi all, I request an urgent help,
I'm currently under the PSW visa which expires in August, I was planning to apply for Tier 1 (General) after 2 months, and by the new proposed changes which coming into effect this April i will lose any chance to apply, I can't apply for Tier 1(General) at the moment as i don't qualify for the previous earning, My question is, is it possible that my employer can pay the required money as a part of this month payslip (in terms of pay-in-advance or something like that)???
please let me know what you think especially if anybody has done this before, urgent help is highly appreciated.
I'm desperate
thank you all
