Third country nationals that hold a type C (single, double, multiple entry), valid Schengen visa do not require a Cyprus visa, provided that they have already entered a Schengen state, at least once and provided that all other pertinent requirements are
fulfilled. Those who are eligible to travel under this directive may remain in the premises of the Republic of Cyprus for as long as their Schengen visa is valid
Can I know"Third country nationals that hold a type C (single, double, multiple entry), valid Schengen visa do not require a Cyprus visa, provided that they have a valid residence permit for an EU country and that they have already entered a Schengen state, at least once. I am having HSMP visa to work in UK and Schengen visa with multiple entry, does it comes under valid residence permit for an EU country. I have already travelled Italy, France and Germany so I think I am eligible for the next condition anyway..."provided that they have a valid residence permit for an EU country and that they have already entered a Schengen state, at least once."
