Maintaiance Funds documentary evidence

Post by abhishek bs » Thu Mar 12, 2009 2:38 pm

hi,

I am including the bank statement as a documentary evidence for my Previous earnings (to show evidance for 12 months salary). Can this same document (bank statement displaying salary transactions for a period of 12 months) be also considered as a documentary evidence for the maintaince funds to show a balance of >2800 pounds for 3 months, if this 3 months lies within the salary transaction period of 12 months displayed by my bank statement.

or should i produce a seperate bank statement for 3 months for Maintaince funds?

For Example:
I am claiming points for 12 months from MAR-2008 to FEB-2009.
As evidence for the above i am including my bank statement for the period 15-MAR-2008 to 16-MAR-2009.

I want to show my maintainance funds of >2800 pounds for the duration of 3 months from 10-DEC-2008 to 10-MAR-2009.

In this case is a single bank statement(doc evidence) sufficent for both the attributes i.e Previous earnings and Maintaince funds or should i produce 2 separate ones? I am using the same bank account to satisfy both the attributes.

Regards..

A single account can be supporting evidence for previous earning as well as maintenance funds as long as it meets two criteria.

Yes! This won't be a problem.
