What are the New Rules?

Hi Guys,

I am currently an HSMP holder but will going to extend my stay for another 3 years. Do I need to put myself under Tier 1 before the new rules are being affected. And also what are the new rules?

New rules which are being implemented from 1st April are for new applicants, not for current HSMP holders. You have to meet 75 points and meet the maintenance requirments.

T_mahmood, can you please double check as to what i have read and know new rules will be implemented from 6th April...for new applications..
