HOW TO REACH Immigration enquiry bureau ?

I am trying Phone: 0870 606 7766 since last few days and I can never get thru ... it is same "auto-answer".

Is there any other number where we can get hold of Immigration enquiry bureau ? Any other way?

Anyone successful in getting thru this mess ....

hi....i face this "auto answer" for quite some time....but then sometimes the same number replies in a different Voice( auto answer again) and it takes u through to the inquiry bureau......obvisouly after a long wait :)

I've been having the same problem too and then on the one occasion I got through the menu system was broken and kept sending from "press 1 to check progress of application" back to the same "options menu" again and again...

I think they could do a lot better than this!

It seems the only way to even make contact is persistence, redialling and alternatively contacting them in writing.
