Urgent help needed for ILR please

I came to the UK in a spouse settlement visa for 2 years. The problem is that it's stated on the visa that the issue date is 1st of May 2007 and the expiry date is the 13 of March 2009. When in fact it should be 1st of May 2009.

I was trying today to book an appointment to apply for ILR but they said I can't because it is stated on my visa that expiry date is 13th of March 2009.

Please help me what I should do in this matter? thank you very much
