people who are already on Tier 1 (PSW) on PG cert/Dip

i am already on Tier 1 (PSW) obtained on PG cert........
i am wondering whether or not will i be able to apply for Tier 1 (general) on the same qualification?

if they don't accept it, will they accept any foreign bachelor degree provided it is verified by UK NARIC to be equivalent to UK bachelor....

U need masters degree (Uk/equivalent) for Tier 1 general from 31/3/09.

No bachelors degree (UK/equivalent) or PGD/PGC is eligible for Tier 1 General after 31/3/09.
