Does employers letter require a stamp ?

My HR has told me that they dont have a company stamp( i know its weird ), but has agreed to sign and print the letter on the company stationary,

Do you think a stamp is must on the employers letter ?

As long as it is on the company letter head, it is perfectly fine.
