Pay Slip Printouts- Black and White

Post by UKTier1March » Tue Mar 17, 2009 10:38 am

Hi ,

The pay slips which I have got stamped from my HR are black and white printous of Company Payslips. And also HR has stamped it with the company seal and has not signed it.

So could somebody please tell me

1. Is black and white printouts of the payslip okay as evidence? The company logo is there in the payslip, but its just a b/w printout.

2.Would just a company seal be sufficient or does it need to be signed by the HR as well ?

Please help me.

Thanks in advance.

Better to get HR to sign them.

Hi suds19 and debz,

thanks a lot for your replies. Iam also worried that the printouts are only black and white in plane paper and not in colour. Is there any requirement that the company logo should be in appropriate colour in payslips ?

Sorry if it is a dumb question.

It'll probably be OK if it is stamped and signed regardless of whether it is in colour or not.
