Every page needs to be individually signed & stamped in this case.vector777 wrote:Does anyone know if this is sufficient or does every page need to be individually stamped ?
Well the same thing happened with me and the barclays customer service lady was arguing not to stamp or sign the statements and she keeps on insisting that she cant do anything about it. But i stood there and raised my voice a bit and other customers noted as well. And then the bank manager realised i am creating big fuss about this....She took me to the office and signed and stamped the statements for me....So there you go-------u need to raise ur voice and it should work out for you as wellvector777 wrote:I was told by the Branch Manager that they are actually not allowed to sign and stamp the statements.
Which kind of makes sense as they are unable to verify the information on it, as at the branch they are unable to view your statement history that far back. I requested customer services to stamp them however they refused saying there was a cover letter explaining that they were exact duplicates of the original.
However I have noticed most employees are not aware of this and stamp it anyway
