Does anyone have a clue, when we can expect the new changes to appear officially on the home office website... Senior members, who have had experiences in the past regarding similar changes, please post your views..

great stuf.. just wondering you have seen the link but did not bother to read whats on the page....


"The change to the Tier 1 (General) category is being made in line with the Home Secretary's announcement on 22 February of new measures to "raise the bar" for foreign workers wishing to work in the United Kingdom - revised guidance for Tier 1 (General) will be published on this website on 18 March. Details of how the other measures will be implemented will be published on this website as they become available."

isn't it 18th mrch today? or they are planning to publish later tonight?

just read the new guidance policy...

tier 1 (g) extensions are not affected as anticipated but I'm sure they'll make extensions rigorous in the coming years...
