here they did 2 category for extension (HSMP) AND (TIER 1) for AGE. but for qualification they just mentioned one category as EXTENSION. so i am hopping by extension they meant both HSMP and Tier 1
any expert's thaught will be appreciated. :D

Thats a good news. It is clear now (though it has already been informed) as per the guidance. Existing Tier1 and HSMP folks will not be affected by the new changes.
