query in question L7 of tier 1 general application form

if any one can help me in this query..........
my query is regarding question L7 and question B28 on tier 1 general application form for main applicant .
i am registered self employed.and running business from my home.so what should be the contact details for employer in this case .
1.will it be mine own business address which is my home address or
2.will it be address of company to whom i am raising my invoices .

REGARDING b28 it ask for current job title. i am both self employed and on salary employment .so which title i should put in out of both
