LLoyds bank statement.........

Post by ZEBRA » Sat Jan 24, 2009 12:47 pm

It must be an insane question, but I really am sensitive on every details as small mistake can lead to a rejection.

My lloydstsb bank statement shows only initial for the first name

i.e "J Lennon"

(Full name: John lennon)

It has full address though.

Will it be a problem? please advise if anyone applied and got pws on lloydstsb, thanks.

Adding another query on the same topics, please dont mind... :?

I plan to submit application with following statement on 9th Feb.

Lloyds statement (saving account, "Easy Saver") that comes every six months.
(have enough fund as required)

Issue date: 19 jan 2009

Includes Account summary:
from 18 july 08
to 2 jan 09
Only one transcation (standing order) every month.

There is no transcation after 2nd Jan as next transcation will be in 2nd feb which will include in next statement.

- Can I apply with this statement?
- Does the "apply in month" counts from 2nd jan or 19 jan?

Thanks
:)

as far as I know, the law is u must have 800gbp in ur a/c last 3 months from ur submission date, if u have that then there is no problem, I guess. But I am not an expert on this.
But I would suggest you to consult with a lawyer before submitting ur application form even though u were a student of a very good uni/college.
For example, I have got 85 points and had 800 pounds last 3 months when i applied still got rejected becuase i made a silly mistake, u know i didnt want to pay 25 pounds to a lawyer now i.ve paid 300pounds.
so be careful and good luck!

btw the statements that u are going to submit, they came from the bank right
then u dont need anything to do. if u r doubt about smthng then explain it in the cover letter, but i wont say u to take any risk...good luck again!

Zebra, to be on the safe side, I suggest you also get a letter from Lloyds, confirming you've had at least £800 in your account at all times.
