Maintainance Funds Proof

Hi,

I am having a joint account with my dad.

How many proofs are required for Maintainance Fund?

Only bank statements signed and stamped are enough or not?

If other proof is required then i have to ask for passbook to my bank on which it will show the passbook issue date. is it ok?

Bank Statements for three months will do.
