Business on Tier-1 general

Hi ,
I am applying for tier-1 general visa.
I want to know that can I start my own job on Tier-1 general visa ?
Am I legally allowed to do so ?

yes you can do your own business and legally you are allowed.

Is there any limitation on what type of business you can setup, like Limited or LLP or something?

The respone i got from an immigration consultant was..
'with the Tier 1 visa you would have a freedom of employment. Therefore you are permitted to engage in self employment,
or employ others, without the need for further permission from the Home
Office.'
