in Tier 1 General Migrant Appendix from, Section 4.8 what to enter in Source of earnings and Eveidence of earnings provided column.

If I entered the document full name, it does not display in printout. It displayes like "Salary +"

Kindly help to solve this issue,

You can always leave it blank and fill it with BLACK pen. That will do.
